Once our sales department has completed your onboarding process and finalized the necessary paperwork, we will schedule a comprehensive walk-through of your facility to ensure all operational standards are met. This walk-through will be conducted by both our Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager, who will carefully document every detail and specific request to ensure nothing is overlooked. During this process, the Customer Service Manager will discuss your inspection preferences, address any unique facility requirements, and establish clear expectations to ensure your complete satisfaction. Moving forward, the Customer Service Manager will serve as your primary point of contact for any cleaning-related concerns, service adjustments, or special requests. However, our entire team—from supervisors to customer service representatives and sales professionals—is committed to providing seamless communication and exceptional support, ensuring your facility receives the highest level of care and attention.
